Color appointments
All new color clients must consult first — this can be done in person or virtually via Zoom (this is separate from any online or email messaging). There is a deposit of $50 which is transferable to the first color service with me. Anyone who books a color appointment without a consultation will be cancelled and contacted for rebooking. This is to ensure you have the appropriate time allotment to meet your specific needs.
NEW! All color services are offered at a rate of $120/hour. This is to ensure transparency and ease of booking.
*New haircut clients may proceed with booking a new client service.
Fees
For any service cancelled within a 48 hour window or no-show, 50-100% of the service cost will be charged and a deposit may be required when rescheduling. (Anticipate a 50% charge at the 48 hour mark and 100% within 24 hours). No Exceptions.
If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, this is marked as a day of cancellation or "no- show", which carries a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked service.
Walk-out or abandoned appointments are also treated as a “no-show”.
Afterpay
NEW! Afterpay is now accepted for in person services $100 and up. This must be set up in your digital wallet ahead of time in order to use it, this does not appear as an option on our point of sale system at this time.
Pay what you can
NEW! Bi-monthly lottery for sliding scale haircut — I will pick one person every other month to pay what you can for a haircut service. Enter by emailing freakxtime@gmail.com with the following in the subject line: [Month- sliding scale entry- name]. Include in the email your contact info and best availability. We will book services as the schedule allows.
